- 16's face a challenging first match.Unfortunately we went down to Mangere 24-8. The scoreboard ballooned out a bit in the end, but for much of the game we were in with a good chance of beating them.

- Charging at the Fox.With six wins on the trot, Richmond are headed for the Fox Memorial Competition in 2007. The team has been impressive from round 2 of the competition and they tamed the Lions this weekend.

- Under 18's victoriousThis game was played by 2 very competitive and physical sides, one team who has not been beaten in 2 seasons and are last years u18's Champions (Glenora) and a Richmond side who has not played a game of footy in 4-5 weeks, but were hungry and ready for whatever.

- Panthers prove problematic.The 2007 Richmond Premier Grade season kicked off yesterday with the boys coming away with a hard fought win against Papatoetoe.

- Bears declawedA quick start saw the Bulldogs leap out to an early lead. Glenora fielded a huge pack in an effort to steam role the Bulldogs up front with several former Bulldogs in their ranks.-
