Rob captained the 2008 SAS Sharman Cup championship winning team against the Manurewa Marlins. His leadership on the playing field has helped develop the younger players confidence. Rob is a very vocal, loyal and dedicated player to the Richmond club and shows this with his ability to play a number of positions which he has done over his years at the Richmond club. Rob is a true doggies player and supporter and continues to show this each week at training and on the playing field. Rob has a wicked right foot step, a Johnathan Thurston dummy pass (show and go) and from time to time shows his aggression as one of the Bulldogs hardmen.
