Niuvao is a member of the 2008 SAS Sharman Cup grand final champions. Amassing 4 tries in the grand final and being awarded the Man of the Match Niuvao had a stellar year in 2008 as one of the finds of the Ricky Henry and John Teina coached team. Niuvao is a handful on attack and is a strong defender. A noted try scorer Niuvao once over injury will find himself elevated to higher grade level rugby league.
