 Tere Strickland has a strong relationship with the Richmond Rovers League Club in Auckland, NZ. Through his relationships as a senior player and a committee member he began to notice the need amongst younger players for guidance and direction.  Further research was undertaken and we began to notice a trend amongst the players... they all had the desire to succeed and do well; but didnt know where to start.

 We have researched the sports management market and the needs of the emerging rugby league talent and have identified the struggles and difficulties that players face when developing their professional Rugby League careers. As a result we have developed programs that will enable them to maximise their opportunities and succeed on and off the Rugby League field

 To meet this need PSP Management Ltd offer contracted players support programs;  aimed to educate, support and develop our players throughout their Rugby League career including the following programs: lifestyle, sports development and career. The main purpose of our program’s is not to do this on behalf  of the players but to assist them through these processes and encourage them to take ownership through a process of education and understanding
