About Us
Richmond Rovers Rugby League Club is based at 1a Elgin Street, Grey Lynn. Auckland. We are a family oriented club and pride ourselves on providing opportunities for any one who approaches our club to become involved.
We are affiliated with Auckland Rugby League and field teams in many grades, from juniors, through to the Masters. We cater players for many grades starting from the under 6's through to the elite Premier grade for men, including 3 Senior Open age grades.
Players have started there rugby league careers at Richmond and have advanced to play for the covenant NZ Kiwi's & various international teams. Our most recent Kiwi international being centre Steve Matai & prop forward Evarn Tuimavave amongst a whole bunch of Richmond juniors signing contracts with the NZ Vodafone Warriors Under 20 team for 2009.
